Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Generator Free. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our subscription and refund policies.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate or refund for canceled subscriptions.

2. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS product (QR Code and Invoice generation) and the availability of a free tier to test our features, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any payments that have already been processed by Generator Free.

3. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with our platform, please contact us immediately at support@generator-free.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
