When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Site and its original content (excluding User Data), features, and functionality are owned by Generator Free and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the data you input into our tools. By using our service, you grant Generator Free a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the results you requested (e.g., generating a PDF invoice).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate documents for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security and integrity of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Use automated scripts to scrape data or overwhelm our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Generator Free shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While Generator Free strives for 100% accuracy, users are responsible for verifying the contents of generated documents (e.g., financial accuracy of invoices).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
